How much are points worth?
$1 spent (before taxes) = 5 points.
Do my points expire?
Unfortunately, yes. Any unredeemed points will expire after 12 months.
How do I redeem points?
Redeem in app:
1. Open the app and click “My Account”
2. Select “Points” and choose the reward you want to redeem
3. Create your order and add the item to your cart
4. During checkout, select “Rewards”
5. Select your chosen reward and “Apply Rewards”
6. Complete the checkout and enjoy!
Redeem online:
1. Open OPA! Online Ordering
2. Login and select your location
3. Choose a menu item that displays the points value under the price (the option is only shown when you have enough points to redeem for that item)
4. Choose the item, at the bottom of the order screen, select “Use Points”
5. Add the item to your bag
6. Complete the checkout and enjoy!
When do I get my Free Welcome Reward?
After you place your first order, your free Welcome Reward will be loaded to your account. You can redeem on your next purchase.
How do I redeem my Birthday or Welcome Reward?
Redeem in app:
1. Open the app and create your order
2. During checkout select “Rewards”
3. Apply your Free Birthday or Free Welcome Reward and select “Apply Rewards”
4. Complete the checkout and enjoy!
Redeem online:
1. Open the OPA! Online Ordering link
2. Login and select your location
3. Add the reward item you have selected to your bag
4. At checkout, scroll down below the payment information to view your eligible rewards
5. Select the item and click “apply”
6. Complete the checkout and enjoy!
Do my Free Welcome Reward and Birthday Reward expire?
Yes. Your Free Welcome Reward and Birthday reward will expire after 1 month
Can I redeem more than one reward at once?
At this time, you can only redeem one reward per order
Can I redeem a reward and earn points on the same order?
Yes! When you redeem a reward, you still earn 5 points for every $1 you spend (before taxes)
